1997 Honda Cr Series 500R, This Bike is in really good condition! It runs great. It 1997 Honda CR 500. It has been garage kept and taken care of to no end. Oil change and air filter service every ride (and it hasn't been riden' that much). See Britain's land speed record hopeful at Race Retro 2010
Tue, 09 Mar 2010SEE THE MACHINE that could propel Britain to a new motorcycle land speed world record at The Race Retro 2010 show, held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry from 12th to 14th March. Almost a year has passed since Visordown broke the news of the planned UK assault on the land speed record - this coming August the Angelic Bulldog team travels to Bonneville, where it is hoping to smash the 400mph barrier and bring the motorcycle Land Speed Record back to the UK for the first time since 1937. The current record stands at 360.913mph over a kilometre.
McGuinness Tests Mugen Shinden Electric Race Bike
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Isle of Man TT veteran John McGuinness recently got a chance to test the new Mugen Shinden electric rice bike to prepare for the 2012 TT Zero. The test took place at the Twin Ring Motegi in Japan, a world-class racing circuit but perhaps not-coincidentally, a track built and owned by Honda, further fueling the belief the Mugen effort is a front for the Japanese manufacturer. The Honda-contracted McGuinness put the Shinden through its first big test, helping the Mugen team gather data on the electric racer.
American Honda Extends Partnership With GEICO Honda
