Bike has been in storage for 5 years. After a little work, the bike is running fine; however, it has a coolant leak, most likely at the water pump. Engine oil can be contaminated with water. I have purchased the two water pump seals; however, I have not installed them. They will be sold with bike. Bike exterior appears to be in really good shape, plastics are a little faded with some minor scratches. Side motor case has been repainted. Rear tire in good shape, front tire is weathered from age and forks have leaked at some point. Overall in very good shape for it's age and not being restored. Bike is sold as is. Isle of Man TT 2014: Sure Sidecar TT 2 Results
Thu, 05 Jun 2014Dave Molyneux won his 17th career TT as he and passenger Patrick Farrance took the second Sidecar race of the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Molyneux is the career leader in Sidecar TT wins and third overall in total Isle of Man TT victories behind Joey Dunlop and John McGuinness. Molyneux and Farrance won the race by a good 44-second margin but they benefited greatly from a mechanical problem plaguing early race leaders John Holden and Andrew Winkle.
Honda is recalling over 20,000 Shadows in the US
Fri, 29 Jan 2016Honda is recalling 22,142 motorcycles from shipments produced between 2010 and 2016. The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.
