Honda CL description

This bike is in great shape.  Bought it to learn to ride, and now I have a car.  New Battery, all lights work.  Good Brakes,  Easy to start.  Great for learning to ride, in our state a person can get a license at age 13 if it is under 100 CCs.  Easy to maneuver and light.  Tires look good but have some weather cracking.  Also have original tool kit, owners manual, and tune up manual that came with bike.  The speedometer quit working last year but hasn't been ridden more than a few miles since then.  This is a collectors dream.  Look here for a video of me starting and riding it.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzJDHb3JkVM&sns=em    If you have any questions call (505)550-5119.

Mon, 01 Jul 2013

The 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is in the books, and while much of the media attention focused on Sebastien Loeb demolishing the outright course record, setting the first eight-minute lap with a 8:13.878 — over 90 seconds faster than the previous lap record —in his Peugeot 208 T16, history was made in the motorcycle divisions as well. Below are the times for all the motorcycle competitors in this year’s event. As expected, Carlin Dunne aboard the Lightning electric superbike, took top honors among all motorcycle competitors, marking the first time an electric motorcycle has done so.

This entry-level offering checks all the boxes for new riders and seasoned enthusiasts alike Photos by Jay McNally The Honda XR150 has been in production since 2003, though up until recently it wasn’t available in the US market. Selling most of the units in Asia or Latin America, the XR150 platform is one of the most popular entry-level dual-sports, and its introduction to the US comes with some welcome perks; time tested engine and components plus a 20-year history of available parts – both OEM and aftermarket. Honda’s reliability is legendary, and this little XR150L is likely no exception.

And a few models such as Honda’s NC700S and X, Kawasaki’s Versys 1000 and CRP’s Energica were unveiled without heavy prior fanfare, but gasps of surprise weren’t heard when the wraps were taken off Triumph’s Tiger 1200 Explorer, Husqvarna’s Nuda or MV Augusta’s F3 675 among others, whose existences were revealed months in advance of the show. What we’ve comprised below is our list Top 10 Bikes unveiled at EICMA that didn’t receive top billing but are certainly worthy of your attention.
