Honda CL description

1974 Honda CL 200,very rare, 1 year only, 1 color only, model!  Runs and rides perfect!!!

For sale is this incredible old classic Honda.  This bike is a one year only model. It runs and rides perfect, it starts literally at just the slightest touch of the electric start or on the first kick.  Even when cold, turn the choke on, hit the button, it starts instantly.  Warm weather, no choke, instant start!  Runs very strong, brand new tires on the bike with an extra set for off road use as well that are nearly new!  Seat is perfect with no rips, tears, seam rips, no cracks in the pan, nothing!  This bike does have a little bit of patina here and there but I absolutely LOVE it!  They are only original once!  The exhaust is very nice as well.  The bike gets about 65 mpg and will do about 72 mph on the open road. It's light enough to hang on the back of an RV or just stick it in the back of a small pickup.  Bid with confidence in knowing that you will be getting an AWESOME motorcycle that will never lose value as long as you keep it the way it is, all it needs is a rider!  Clear title, ready to go!  Check my feedback and call me or email me with any questions you may have.

Tue, 23 Oct 2012

A contrite Maverick Vinales has returned to the Blusens Avintia Moto3 team days after his brash, and admittedly hasty departure at this past weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix. The FTR Honda rider quit the Blusens team on Oct. 10, returning home from Sepang without once hitting the track.

Honda to Shift Mid and Large Displacement Motorcycle Production to Thailand

Tue, 29 Nov 2011

Honda is reportedly moving production of 400cc and larger motorcycles to Thailand from Japan to reduce production costs and overcome the rising value of the yen. According to Japanese news outlet Daily Yomiuri, Honda plans to produce 400cc and 500cc models at a new factory to be built in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand. Honda currently produces small displacement models such as the CBR250R in Thailand, with larger models coming out of Honda’s factory in Kumamoto, Japan.

Magneti Marelli to Supply Electronics System to MotoGP Teams

Wed, 26 Sep 2012

It’s no secret that promoter Dorna Motorsports has been trying to push a standardized electronics control unit for teams in the MotoGP World Championship. The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.
