Honda CL description

True museum quality! This came out of a local Honda museum and is basically a true one owner besides the museum. It has been well maintained and even ridden a handful of miles a few times each year in order to keep things lubed and fresh. Neat story. Runs like new! 1000% original and virtually mint. I am sure someone could find a flaw somewhere on the bike but I have been in the business for 25years and this is nice! Tires are perfect. Chrome is perfect. Tank inside and out is perfect. No rust anywhere. Hop on and ride or put it on display. Wiring is great as well. Please ask questions. See pics. Has title! I am able to help ship world wide or help arrange shipping within the USA.
Do have 2 more of the same year and quality and same miles. One is the blue version and one is the gold version. Would consider a package deal.

Joey Dunlop on a V4 Honda at the '83 TT

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

Onboard video footage doesn't get a lot better than this: Joey Dunlop during practice at the TT in 1983 onboard a factory Honda RS850R. An 859cc ultra-short stroke V4 Honda that Joey mastered around The Island, later winning the TT Formula 1. Although the 'production' race, the RS850R stretched that to the limit.

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?

Thu, 05 May 2011

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

Results From Day 1 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island

Mon, 17 Feb 2014

Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.
