Honda CL tech info

Honda CL description
Selling a beautiful Candy Topaz 1970 CL350 K2.
Bike was sitting for MANY years and was just serviced by a mechanic. It received a new battery, new air filters. Entire fuel system was gone through and cleaned: Rebuilt petcock, tank flushed, and carburetors were rebuilt using NOS Honda rebuild kits. Bike runs great, lots of low end torque, and runs strongly all around. Have only ridden it on side streets never on the Highway. This bike came out of a HUGE collection in the midwest, and the owner really took care of all his bikes. Bike is in excellent shape, its not perfect though so please look at all the photos carefully before bidding. If you have any questions about the bike, or would like to see it in person before bidding, feel free to text or call me 727-735-2243 Bike is sold AS-IS with no warranty. This bike is over 40 years old, so you are responsible for having the bike inspected before purchase or riding. A $500 deposit is due within 24hrs of auction ending. The rest to be paid in cash upon pickup. If you want the bike shipped I will do whatever I can to help arrange it, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you have less than 10 feedback please message me before bidding. |

Honda Fury Special Edition Controversy?
Fri, 17 Jul 2009It seems the idea that there is a “special edition” Honda Fury has achieved urban-legend levels. Motorcycle.com recently spoke to Jon Seidel of American Honda to clarify some of the controversy generated in www.furyforums.com regarding a special edition Fury model. According to Seidel, no mention was ever made to the media during the Fury’s press unveiling or in any press material or at any other time, “that any Fury color or specific Fury model was a special edition.” Seidel stated that he also queried Honda’s product planning department about the existence of any special edition models and reported that no information had ever been released or implied from Honda Product Planning as to the existence of a Fury SE.

Thu, 08 Dec 2022134th Rose Parade takes place January 2, 2023 It’s been a couple of months since Honda outlined its electric motorcycle plans, which included a mix of mopeds, scooters and three large-sized “Fun EVs” destined for North America by 2024 and 2025. The initial announcement included a teaser image of two motorcycles and a scooter. Today, Honda released another glimpse of a future electric motorcycle in, of all places, a rendering of its float for the 2023 Rose Parade.
Shawn Higbee Wins On The Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2
Thu, 01 May 2014In only its second race appearance, the Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2 bike competed in the WERA F1 and B Superbike events on April 27th at the Autoclub Speedway in Fontana, California, run in conjunction with the first round of the GEICO Superbike Shootout, presented by Yamaha. During the F1 race, rider Shawn Higbee moved up to as high as 2nd place from a 5th row start on the Brough Superior TMRGP2 bike. The TMRGP2′s lightweight all carbon fiber chassis and 600cc Honda powerplant demonstrated impressive cornering speed on the tight infield sections but could not match the top speed of the heavily modified 1000cc F1 bikes on the long straights. On the last lap Higbee was shuffled back to 4th place at the finish line.
