My son bought this about a year ago, fixed a lot of things, then moved and cannot take it with him. So, I get to sell it for him. He rebuilt the top end (new rings, valves, guides, gaskets, etc) put new tires and tubes on it, and then moved. It starts right up, runs good, but it sounds like the left carb needs adjusting or rejetting or something. I also doubt the mileage is accurate. It looks like everything is stock and all there, but I am no expert on these old bikes. Frame looks straight, lights work. I have not cleaned it or polished or waxed it, so the pics are accurate as to the condition. Would need very little to make a nice small around town cruiser.

Japan Needs Your Help

Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.

Tue, 04 Jun 2013Taylor Made Racing, best known for its underbelly exhausts for many of today’s popular sportbikes, is tackling perhaps its biggest challenge yet: designing and testing its own Moto2 machine. Assuming testing goes to plan, the team hope to enter as a wildcard entry in the Red Bull Indianapolis MotoGP Grand Prix, Aug. 16-18.
