1969 Honda CL90 Scrambler with only 5652 miles on the clock. Starts easy, runs great. Everything works but the horn. Showing general wear but overall good shape for the age. Carburetor recently rebuilt, gas tank cleaned and lined, points set, battery a couple years old. Tires have good tread but they are old. Miles will go up slightly as I ride the bike some. Fun little bike to ride.
$100 deposit via Paypal required within 24 hours of auction end, balance due in cash or cashier's check drawn on US Bank. This bike is local pick up only in Springfield, Illinois. Any and all shipping arrangements are the buyer's responsibility, I will do whatever I can to accommodate shipping, I know a few bike shippers that I can recommend. I also know a company that does international bike shipping that I can recommend to international buyers. I would prefer the bike be picked up within 3 weeks of auction end. 2012 Honda NC700X Recalled in Canada
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 Honda NC700X and (Edit: the recall now includes the NC700S, which is also available in Canada). At this point, the recall is only for the X model and only in Canada, but a similar recall may come from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the U.S.-spec Honda NC700X. According to Transport Canada, the outer plates on the links of the drive chain may not have received proper heat treatment.

Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG
Fri, 06 Jan 2012Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.
