This is a 1982 Honda CBX with very low actual miles.17214.0 It is legally tagged and registered in Georgia with a bill of sale only. I went completely through the bike replacing the front fork seals and fluid,rebuilt the brakes(3) and installed new pads. New battery,new gas cap with 2 keys, new front brake master cylinder reservoir, new seat. Installed new tires,replaced bearings, new valve cover gasket. Polished the exhaust system to a gleaming shine and replaced the missing toolkit and owners manual. The highest bid closest to my reserve will get it. It can be ridden home or picked up at my house. If you prefer to ship it I can take it to the shipper of your choice to make it easier for you to get it. Buyer pays shipping costs. Intermot 2012: Honda CB1100 Enters European Market
Wed, 03 Oct 2012As we expected, Honda announced it will bring its retro-styled CB1100 to Europe at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany. Previously only available in Japan and Australia, the CB1100 will be available in Europe for 2013, though there is still no sign it will ever be offered in North America. Though it sounds close in name to Honda‘s CB1000R, the two naked standards reflect two differing philosophies.
2013 AMA Supercross Anaheim 2 Race Report
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Ryan Villopoto claimed his first win of the 2013 AMA Supercross season and his first since the knee injury at last year’s Seattle round that kept him out of the 2012 AMA Motocross championship. The victory in front of 37,789 fans at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., made up for his disappointing 16th place finish two weeks earlier at the same site. His Monster Energy Kawasaki teammate Jake Weimer held the early advantage in the main event, taking the holeshot ahead of the Honda Muscle Milk duo of Justin Barcia and Trey Canard.
Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.
