1979 Honda CBX We are selling this for a collector who has consigned many motorcycles with us. His stuff is always top notch. Here is his description, we have looked the bike over and we agree with his description. TIM's paint for tank, tail and fender. Factory correct by the best Honda restoration shop in the country. Candy Red. Looks absolutely fantastic! New badges Incredibly rare NOS Honda brand exhaust. Not a reproduction. Beautiful with some bluing near engine. Battery Tender wired connection Always serviced by previous owner Great Bridgestone tires All receipts New fuel valve New battery Both original keys Includes1979 Michigan Plate (not originally on this bike). This is a beautiful survivor. And it looks fantastic! It has not been restored, it is just that clean. This is an extremely clean original engine. If you want to polish it, you've got a great starting point. If not, there nothing to do to the bike except ride it. It's been ridden locally to keep the fluids moving. It fires right up. Sounds great under the NOS Honda exhaust. You cannot find these anymore Everything on this bike is very, very clean and looks terrific. And as they always say with increasing prices on things, you are only original once. I know it's been repainted but this is a very original survivor. Runs and rides great, ready to enjoy! 2013 Honda CRF Off-Road Lineup Announced
Tue, 29 May 2012Honda introduced its 2013 CRF off-road model lineup featuring a new CRF450R motocross bike and a new entry-level CRF110F trail bike. The 2013 Honda CRF450R was developed from Honda’s factory racebikes in the Japanese Motocross Championship, along with input from its European and AMA factory squads and racing legend Jeremy McGrath. The 2013 model features new Kayaba pneumatic front forks, just like Kawasaki’s competing KX450F.
South West Motorcycle Show 2010, August 28th & 29th
Tue, 17 Aug 2010Need something to do on August Bank Holiday weekend, then read below: "Although the South West Motorcycle Show has been running at the Westpoint Arena for the last sixteen years, 2010 is the first year that the show hosts the all-new Vertical Trix European Stunt Championship. The show contains all the usual attractions that have been delivered to motorcyclists from over the south-west and further afield since 1994 – including all the appropriate trade stands, and with strong support from local dealers – plus attractions such a a dyno on site, restaurant, bar, bike displays, live music and of course the live action arena. Although the action in the show arena has previously been stunt displays, rather than a full-on competition.
2015 Honda CB300F Officially Announced
Thu, 10 Jul 2014As we expected from previously released design trademark diagrams and certification from the California Air Resources Board, Honda has revealed a new naked version of the the CBR300R dubbed the CB300F. The 2015 Honda CB300F shares the same chassis and 286cc single-cylinder fuel-injected engine as the CBR300R. The engine itself is similar to the CBR250R’s powerplant, but with the piston stroke increased to 63mm from 55mm.
