We ve given the CBR600RR some major updates, including new 12-spoke wheels, revised ECU settings, and a fine-tuned ram-air system to increase torque. Best of all, the CBR600RR gets a new Big Piston fork and retuned rear shock. And it s all wrapped up in some sharp new bodywork. There s even a version with Honda s revolutionary Electronic Combined Anti-Lock Braking System, the first ever on a production Supersport motorcycle.

Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.

Mon, 20 Jan 2014Chad Reed earned his first AMA Supercross win in nearly two years with a hard-fought battle in the second round of three rounds at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. The win was the 42nd career victory for the TwoTwo Motorsports Kawasaki rider, but the first since Jan. 21, 2012, in Los Angeles.
