2007 Honda Cbr , 2007 Honda CBR 1000 RR - 10,065 miles clean and clear title in hand. No trades please. Very clean for an 07. Power Commander V and K&N race air filters (HA-1004R) just installed and really woke the bike up. Dan Moto exhaust was on from previous owner. Integrated lights of course and flush mounted signals. No way is this a beginners bike. Minimal scratches repainted all the fairings a semi-gloss (almost matte) black everywhere. Daily driven so miles will increase slightly. The energy company and the Japanese factory joined forces in 1995, with the intention of reaching the peak of the premier class.
Honda Opening Fourth Motorcycle Factory in India
Wed, 05 Feb 2014Honda announced plans to open its fourth motorcycle manufacturing plant in India, with a production capacity of 1.2 million units per year. Honda is investing 11 billion Indian rupees (US$175.8 million) into the new facility which it hopes will strengthen the position of its subsidiary Honda Motorcycle Scooter India Ltd. as the world’s second largest motorcycle producer while taking aim at the current leader, Hero MotoCorp.
2013 Dakar Rally Results
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Cyril Despres won his fifth career Dakar Rally while helping KTM win for the 12th consecutive time, in taking the motorcycle class in the 2013 edition of the famed off-road race. KTM was again the dominant manufacturer with the top five finishers in the motorcycle class riding motorcycles from the Austrian manufacturer. Despres finished with an overall time of 43:24:22 for the win, including a 15-minute penalty for swapping an engine after the one he was using in his KTM 450 Rallye failed.
