Honda CBR description

This bike was involved in a 30mph wreck. You can see all the damage on the bike from the photos. The good: original motor only has 9200 miles on it, brand new tires(BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S-21), COMPETITION WERKES FENDER ELIMINATOR KIT, LOCKHART PHILLIPS AFTERBURNER LED BLINKER TAIL LIGHT, NEW BATTERY, AND ONE GOOD SIDE OF FRAME SLIDERS! THE BAD: FORK DAMAGE, FRAME DAMAGE, ONE FAIRING DETACHED AND SOME WIRING DAMAGE. THE BIKE DID HAVE POWER GOING TO THE GAUGE CLUSTER AFTER THE WRECK BUT WHEN THE TOW TRUCK DRAGGED THE BIKE OFF THE CURB HE DAMAGED THE WIRES. THE BIKE DID RUN PERFECT BEFORE THE WRECK AND WAS IS IN GREAT CONDITION. Feel free to ask any questions in regards to the bike. buyer is responsible for picking up or shipment of the bike.

I never reported the wreck so I do still have the original title in hand still.

2013 Mugen Shinden Ni Electric Race Bike Revealed

Fri, 10 May 2013

Noted Honda tuning company Mugen has revealed the second generation version of its electric racebike which will race in the TT Zero at the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The Shinden Ni (“Shinden” meaning “God of Electricity” while “Ni” is the number two in Japanese) will once again be ridden by 19-time TT winner John McGuinness. Mugen has been working on the Shinden Ni since last year’s TT Zero, using data collected in the race and during tests at circuits in Japan.

Shawn Higbee Wins On The Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2

Thu, 01 May 2014

In only its second race appearance, the Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2 bike competed in the WERA F1 and B Superbike events on April 27th at the Autoclub Speedway in Fontana, California, run in conjunction with the first round of the GEICO Superbike Shootout, presented by Yamaha. During the F1 race, rider Shawn Higbee moved up to as high as 2nd place from a 5th row start on the Brough Superior TMRGP2 bike.  The TMRGP2′s lightweight all carbon fiber chassis and 600cc Honda powerplant demonstrated impressive cornering speed on the tight infield sections but could not match the top speed of the heavily modified 1000cc F1 bikes on the long straights. On the last lap Higbee was shuffled back to 4th place at the finish line.

If you thought the license test was hard in America…

Thu, 28 Apr 2011

I’ll be the first to admit that the procedure to get a motorcycle endorsement (and a car license for that matter) in this country is incredibly easy. If you’re smart, you sit in a classroom for a few hours, answer some basic questions, learn all the controls, perform a simple riding test, and you’re off to the races.  Look at what the Japanese have to do to get their certification! Check out the video after the jump.
