I have a Honda CBR RR with clear title and (yes you read it right) miles on it. Tires are in exceptional condition and have atleast couple more seasons left on them. Battery was changed this season have receipt of purchase. Brakes are in terrific condition too. Needs absolutely nothing done. NO dents or cracks. Near perfect condition. The Bike has always been parked in shed and therefore has never seen rain or snow. No mechanical issues what so ever. Starts on 1st try every time. Front wheel hopping on a 'Blade
Wed, 25 Aug 2010In my youth I used to spend hours with my mates pulling stoppies on our mountain bikes and then proceeding to hop on the front wheel for as long as we could or replicating the tricks we'd see our trials heroes perform. But the idea of doing this on a Honda Fireblade is puzzling, but stunt rider Odair Salmazo has it cracked.
The Japanese oddity to naming teams
Wed, 28 Jul 2010Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Tue, 01 Nov 2011This video of the Knockhill end of season Jock Taylor meeting in 1988 makes me smile. Even although I had the dream ticket of riding for HRC in the 500cc World Championship I never stopped wanting to come back to the homeland and race my old mates. Brian Morrison started racing on the same day as myself and went on to have a successful carreer riding for Honda in the UK then later in the World Endurance Championship.
