Honda CBR description

Here is my 2001 Honda CBR600 F4i.  It’s my first bike and was never planning on selling her. It is a great bike and has been like a family member or best friend.  I have had her tuned and maintained last year and have never had any issue with her at all!  I have done some minor changes since I have owned it, like add the HID high and low beam headlight bulbs and ballasts, led taillights, led signal markers, a new chain, new mirrors & a plate holder, and been riding without worry and nothing but respect for her and the road.  She is super reliable and is always ready to go.

I ride it almost every day and would like to find her a home with someone to enjoy this bike as much as have.  The bike is not new and has signs of age and wear which to me adds to the character, the bike has almost 24k miles on it at this time. It’s a bike to enjoy and experience the open road with peace of mind to concentrate on gaining experience, confidence, and appreciation for being on two wheels.  The Bike is mostly all original and everything works…ready to ride away NOW!!! This bike has some dents, scratches, blemishes, and is not a show bike by any means…that being said, the bike gets lots of looks and draws conversation so be prepared for chats and admirers at the gas stations.  Take a look at the photos and please ask any question you may have.  I can get more pictures on request for those interested.

I’d admit I am not a mechanic or worked on the bike personally but have paid good money to gain the confidence and pride acquired owning this machine. The title to the bike is clean and in my name and can not afford to go less than $3,000 "as is". This has to be sold and have the right to end the bidding process in the event someone wishes to buy this final sale item prior to end date of auction.

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

Kenny Roberts Motorcycle Collection Up For Sale

Wed, 25 Apr 2012

Motorcycling legend Kenny Roberts has commissioned RMD Motors to auction off some rare and exclusive motorcycles from his collection, presumably to make room for more. The Japan-based company is known the world over for its collection of rare and classic motorcycles for sale, many of which are retired grand prix machines fortunate enough to escape the fate of most decommissioned racebikes: the crusher.  Headlining the Roberts collection is the 2004 Proton KRV5 originally ridden by Kurtis Roberts, King Kenny’s youngest son. The five-cylinder grand prix machine never achieved much success on the world stage, but will easily make you the center of attention at your local trackday.

Classic Race Finishes: 1991 250cc Misano Grand Prix – Video

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

More than just a medium to view countless hours of cat videos, YouTube allows us to look back at classic motorcycle races otherwise lost to the depths of the VHS tape. This time around features the no-holds-barred, back-and-forth action between Luca Cadalora, aboard the Rothmans Honda NSR250 and Helmut Bradl, father of current MotoGP rider, Stefan Bradl, riding the HB Honda NSR250. The stage is the 1991 250cc Italian Grand Prix at Misano — back when it was run in the correct, counter-clockwise, direction.

Isle of Man TT 2013: Monster Energy Supersport Race 2 Results

Wed, 05 Jun 2013

The Michael Dunlop Show continues with the 24-year-old Northern Irish racer winning his fourth race of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. His latest triumph was a victory in the second Monster Energy Supersport race, making Dunlop just the third rider to ever record four wins in a single TT week. Like his win in the Royal London 360 Superstock race, Dunlop ran most of the race in second place before setting a blazing final lap time for a come-from-behind win.
