I have for sale my 1996 Honda CBR 900rr. This bike has only 19k miles and has had the same adult owner since 2003. I have recently installed new Metzeler Sportec M3 tires (less than 1k miles) and a gel cell battery. The only modifications are a Yoshimura muffler, K&N filter, low profile front turn signals and hidden rear turn signals. This is strictly an adult maintained and ridden motorcycle, so it has not been abused. The only known defects are a couple of cracks in the right hand mid fairing and one small 1/4" long crack in the tail above the tail light. Honda is recalling over 20,000 Shadows in the US
Fri, 29 Jan 2016Honda is recalling 22,142 motorcycles from shipments produced between 2010 and 2016. The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.

Wed, 23 May 2012You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
