Honda CBR description

NO RESERVE!

1990 Honda CBR1000F Hurricane Sport Tourer in very good condition. Liquid cooled in-line 4 cylinder.   Givi Luggage and Corbin Seat with removable backrest.  Other than that, I kept this bike 100% stock. Well, except the gas tank pad and EZ Pass velcro.

It was in storage while I was deployed, and I just got it back out and running.

It really pains me to sell this bike, but I don't have time to ride anymore.  I did my first "Iron Butt" on this bikes (1153 miles in just under 18 hours!)  I love this bike and I want to see it go to the next person that will love it.  If you are local to me, I'll be happy to assist with all ongoing maintenance of this bike! (Seriously, I love working on engines and I would love to know this bike is being kept well after I sell it.)

Includes 3X  GIVI E-36 side bags and tour pack, Corbin Seat with removable backrest and  all keys.

New battery, air filter and oil and filter change.

It's running and street legal now. (If you want to test ride it.)

It has just under 40K miles on it (almost all by me.)  NOTE- I am still riding this bike, so the miles might be a little higher at close of auction.

It's been garage kept since new.  There are dings and scratches consistent with use.  Note, there was a lowside on the right and a fall over on the left.  See photos.  The handlebars levers have been bent back and work fine.  The carbs will need to be cleaned out, but it's running fine.

I've recently done oil (and filters), hydro-fluid (clutch), front brake fluid, and brand new gel battery.  I love this bike!

There are also cool little 'luggage clips' that pop out the side to hold down an extra helmet on the rear seat.

There is also a 100% money back guarantee on this unit if it doesn't arrive as described*.

I will work with buyers to get the item to them in any reasonable manner.

*Money back guarantee! If what you get isn't what you bid on or it doesn't work properly,

I'll refund your money (less my shipping/handling cost)

Shipment will immediately be made when payment received.

Happy bidding!

DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS!!!! I normally sell many related items!

I make every attempt to represent all issues. I will be happy to send you detailed photos of it or answer any other questions that I can. If you have a specific inquiry, please feel free to e-mail me.

Rossi Wins at Assen, but Lorenzo Is the Hero; Alpinestars Releases Crash Data

Mon, 01 Jul 2013

There’s only one thing left to say about Jorge Lorenzo’s 124 mph crash during a rainy practice session last Thursday while warming up for the TT Assen: It could have been a lot worse. The images are horrific, but thanks to groundbreaking protective gear, Lorenzo walked away with only a collarbone fracture and a heck of a tale to tell. Today, Alpinestars released a trace graph analysis of Lorenzo’s spill, thanks to data collected from his TechAir airbag suit.

San Francisco Motor Cops Can Chase You Up Stairs + Video

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

Let’s get one thing out of the way: trying to evade the police is dumb. One way or another you’re going to lose. And if you’re thinking of evading a San Francisco motor cop, or a law enforcement officer trained by them, by heading off the beaten path or up a flight of stairs, think again.
