Honda CB description

1973 Honda CB 750 Four (SOHC)
This bike runs strong! Starts up every time with about 10 seconds of choke on a cold day. Kick it over and roll out!

4-2 megaphone exhaust, throaty, but not abnoxtious.
Has Electric and Kick start, both work every time.
*The electric is not on the right hand control. It is a separate ignition button.
Blinkers, horn, breaks, clutch all are in proper working order.
Recent Oil Change
Bike is a runner not a beauty queen. That said, it turns heads both in sound and looks.
Norman Hyde M Cafe bars. Clean low look, but very comfortable. Not stretched out like a clubman set up
Blinkers are new from Dime city. Mounted Front and back. The look the contemporary of the bike, but are low profile.
Tank has blemishes, But the bike looks good with them somehow. Flat matte black and brushed silver tank w/ clear coat.
Seat has a tear and Thruxton cowl
Currently has a single gauge speedometer that has been on for about There will be video and more photos during the course of the auction, so keep an eye out for more details and images

Feel free to ask questions.
Regarding shipping. Happy to help with communication. On the East Coast I have reliable and reasonable closed shipper I can recommend.
If your looking for a reasonably priced great running bike to start riding or customize this would be a good candidate. I have started a lot of projects with non-running, bikes and it is frustrating.
I have taken this bike on 700+ mile trips without issue.

Cons
Tear in the seat

scratches in the tank with a small ding (I will try and accurately convey images of these)
Fenders have been chopped, but would be easily swapped out for stock (or none at tall)
Right hand control: kill switch works. Electric does not work on the control, but separate button.

Videos
miles. Original speedo and tach are in mint shape and good working order. These will come with the bike if requested.
I have 3 old Honda's currently and need to make room. I love this bike for what it is, just a runner. When its cold out and i don't want to bother with slow start ups I wheel this bike out because it just wants to fire up.

"Dangerous" assistant

Thu, 07 Apr 2016

Honda has patented its development in the field of interactive technologies that prevent accidents, following BMW. The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.

American John Hopkins announced he is taking a sabbatical from racing for 2013 to recover from a number of significant injuries. Hopkins’ once very promising racing career has been hampered by both a series of bad luck and injury. It seems so long ago that Hopkins finished fourth overall in the 2007 MotoGP Championship with Suzuki.
