THIS IS A 1973 HONDA CB350 MANUFACTURE DATE IS 8/72 THIS BIKE IS CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING. THATS HOW IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT. THIS BIKE HAS BEEN SITTING IN A GARAGE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I THINK THE STARTER IS SHOT AS I PUT POWER TO THE STARTER AND GOT NOTHING. THE BIKE I THINK HAS A SHORT IN THE ELECTRIC START OR SOMETHING AS I GOT NO ELECTRIC WHEN I HOOK POWER TO IT. COULD BE A BAD KEY SWITCH BUT I THINK IT NEEDS THE STARTER CHANGED. JUST MY GUESS. THE MOTOR KICKS AND THE BIKE HAS COMPRESSION. IT SHIFTS UP AND DOWN THROUGH THE GEARS FINE.TANK NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT. FRONT BRAKE IS OFF THE BIKE BUT I HAVE IT HERE. THIS IS THE PERFECT CB350 TO TURN INTO A SICK CAFE RACER WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK. IT HAS A CLEAR NJ TITLE. I AM SELLING IT AS IS AS DESCRIBED . Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.

Metzeler decided to develop new compounds for the Roadtec Z8 Interact precisely to meet these needs, tyres with the specific goal of providing riders not only the most recent technological solutions available in the area of wet performance, but also the possibility of having a tyre with a wide range of use that represents the new standard in terms of performance in any weather conditions, from wet and cold to hot and dry. The criteria considered in the wet test by Motorrad TestCenter have been: steering precision and characteristics, line holding during acceleration, ease of handling, grip at lean angle for front and rear tyres, grip during acceleration, limit range characteristics, feedback at lean angle, braking stability during full braking with ABS.

Mon, 14 May 2012BMW earned its first-ever World Superbike race win at the U.K.’s Donington Park, but missed out on sweeping the round after teammates Leon Haslam and Marco Melandri crashed on the final corner while battling for the lead in the second race. Melandri earned BMW its landmark first win in Race One leading Haslam in a one-two finish. They could have repeated that finish in Race Two but Haslam low-sided after making contact with Honda‘s Jonathon Rea trying to pass on the inside.
