Honda CB description

I am selling my bike that I was just using for a short time to commute from Concord to Berkeley. It runs but is a bit rough. It does leak oil and 3rd gear above 3500rpm it skips but is a good runner on the freeway at 65-70mph. Gets around 38-42mpg. High mileage at 87241 right now.
All lights work (except the backlight on the speedo/tach) speedo and tach work fine, just the backlight doesn't. With some work would be an awesome strong vintage bike. As it sits now it runs fine but isn't super clean. Has fresh oil and filter change 600 mi ago. I also have an extra set of brake pads that will go with the bike. Auction is set to start at half of the current KBB trade in value. No reserve.
Clean and clear title in my name ready to sign over to you. Tags good until June 2014.

WSBK: 2012 Magny-Cours Results – Championship Decided by Half a Point

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

You would think carrying a 30.5 point lead into the final round of the 2012 World Superbike Championship would be a safe enough margin to win the title. Aprilia‘s Max Biaggi made it interesting, inexplicably crashing out of the first race at the finale in Magny-C0urs before scoring a fifth place finish in Race Two to give him a 0.5 point margin over Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes to win the title. The 358 to 357.5 point difference is the narrowest finish ever in WSBK.

Dealer Expo 2010: Yoshimura R-77 Slip-On Exhaust

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

Yoshimura is playing to the green movement with its new R-77 slip-on canister with integral catalytic converter. The version ready for the 2008-09 Honda CBR1000RR is claimed to be three pounds lighter than stock and offers a big bump in midrange power. Most importantly to the greenies, however, is that it produces fewer emissions than other performance mufflers.
