This bike was completely tore down and received the following work and parts. frame detabbed, rear triangle opened up, rear upswept hoop fabricated with steel seat pan to match, new tires/tubes/ black rims and hubs,new fork seals and fork boots,new head light and mounts,new handlebar controls and levers, new low rise bars, new grips, new fuel and breather lines, carb rejetted, all new custom wiring harness with all connections soldered and shrink tubed,new 4 cell Antigravity battery,bike is converted to a 12 volt system, new mini LED blinkers, new bates style tail light, all hard parts have new paint and or polishing, engine has been totally rebuilt with new piston, rings, all gaskets and a brand new cylinder, custom exhaust, hand made brat style seat and upholstery, new foot peg rubbers, new kicker and shifter rubbers, new drive chain, bare steel fuel tank is clear coated out side and 100% rust free inside. 2013 Honda CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R Recalled in Australia

Honda has recalled its 2013 CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R models in Australia because of a defect that could cause an oil leak. At the moment, no recall has been announced for the U.S., though there is a good possibility one will be announced shortly, as all 500-series models are manufactured in the same Honda factory in Thailand. There is a similar recall for the Japanese market for the CB400F, CB400X and CBR400R, which are mechanically identical to Honda’s 500-series models, but with a smaller engine to meet the country’s tiered licensing requirements.  According to the Australian and Japanese recall notices, the rocker arm shaft sealing bolt may come loose, causing oil to leak from the engine.
