1979 Honda Cb on 2040-motos
Honda CB tech info
Honda CB description
This is a 1979 Honda CB750. That received a full makeover. From paint to modern suspension and brake upgrades then matched with wheels and tires and a +6 swing arm and a set of race pipes. This is definitely and old school meets new school bike that shows cool features of both eras. The bike rides extremely well with the new suspension it is really comfortable. That is the bonus of adjustable forks and a coilover rear upgrade. I am still working on the tune a little but it is rideable as it sits. The front end conversion parts, Brakes and wheels and tires are from a 06' 1000RR. The swingarm was custom built for this bike. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for looking. SOLD AS IS - NO RETURNS |

GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full
Wed, 13 Oct 2010Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT Race 1 Results
Mon, 04 Jun 2012Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.
