TIRES ARE IN FAIR RIDING SHAPE, BRAKES WORK FINE, NEW BATTERY AND TUNE-UP. FRESH OIL CHANGE ALSO. PAINT IS ORIGINAL AND NICE. BIKE DOES CARRY A FEW LIGHT DING'S AND SCRATCHES. ALL ELECTRICS WORK FINE, BUT THE NEUTRAL LIGHT ISN'T WORKING. ALSO THE BIKE IS COLD BLOODED AS ALL WERE BACK THEN, I WILL RUN IT ON CHOKE FOR A WHILE UNTIL IT GETS WARMED UP THEN IT'S FINE. ALSO I HAD TO PUT ANOTHER SPEEDOMETER ON THE BIKE THE ORIGINAL WAS NOT WORKING. I HAD ONE FOR ANOTHER 79, I HAD AND IT MATCHED PERFECT, THE OLD ONE DOES COME WITH IT. Wed, 06 Apr 2011It's not every day you get to bomb around a field that was set aside for The Pope but that's exactly what we've done this morning; the first proper day of our Get On Africa adventure. We started the morning at the Riders for Health workshop where the mechanics took us through their setup and maintenance program for their bikes. The celebs ran through the basics of bike maintainance, the mechanic boasted that bikes never come back to the workshop broken, they just come in for scheduled servicing.
