Honda CB description

Up for Auction today is my Uncles 1978 Honda CB550K. He has owned it for many years and the Bike has been adult owned its entire life. The bike has 17,373 miles and has been well maintained. It runs amazingly and recently had a tune up, oil and filter, and new battery. The bike as you can see in the pictures has a few nicks but is in very good condition for its age. The chrome and paint shine very well and there is little to no signs of rust. The bike comes with a few extra parts (front and rear wheel and tires, rectifier, starter, and misc small parts acquired over the years).

My uncle doesn't ride it as much as he used to, and would like to see it go to a good home. The title is Ohio and clean and clear. Bike is sold as is where is. Please message me if you have any questions about it. Buy is responsible for pickup.

Thank you for looking!

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.

I’ve had a couple of weeks’ worth of riding on the new Honda CBR250R (more on that in our next Motorcycle Beginner article) and so far I’m having a blast.

Mon, 21 Mar 2011

What's instore for the 2011 MotoGP season. Anticipation for exciting racing that's more likely to be largely dull, one-horse races. Here are the Visordown predictions for the top three this year: Ben Cope: Stoner Lorenzo Pedrosa James Whitham: Stoner Lorenzo Rossi Niall Mackenzie: Pedrosa Rossi Spies Mark Forsyth: Stoner Spies Lorenzo Robin Goodwin: Stoner Pedrosa Spies Barring Mackenzie and his far-out choices, it's a unaminous Visordown support for Casey Stoner on the Repsol Honda.
