Looks closely at the photos, what you see is exactly what you will receive. It WILL NEED WORK you can not ride it home. The bike DOES START with the help of starter fluid. The carbs will need to be rebuilt, or at least cleaned/dipped. The starter button does not work (the button itself) but starts off the kick starter or direct power. Starter is good. The right side cover has a small hole, high enough that there is still plenty of oil, but it needs to be replaced or repaired. Looks like the brake lever cracked it. Will need a battery, throttle cable (tight) and other minor things typical with restoring an older bike that has been sitting. One bag is cracked at the latch (the one that on in the photos) Both bags included. Missing front brake lever (I have one from another cb500 thats included) Overall its a very solid, very original starting point. Great candidate for a cafe build or restoration. TOO NICE TO PART OUT. Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT 2 Results
Thu, 07 Jun 2012Michael Dunlop added another chapter to the Dunlop family history in the Isle of Man TT, winning the second Monster Energy Supersport race of the 2012 event. Dunlop led at the end of all four laps for his third career TT win. His uncle, Joey Dunlop, is the all-time leader in TT wins at 26 while his father Robert Dunlop has five.
MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule

Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
Stoner Blows Away Competition on Final Day of MotoGP Sepang Test
Thu, 02 Feb 2012To be the man, you have to beat the man, and after the final day of MotoGP’s pre-season test in Malaysia, Repsol Honda‘s Casey Stoner continues to be the man. The reigning MotoGP World Champion didn’t let lingering soreness from the back problems that sidelined him for the first day of testing at Sepang slow him down. On just his second of 21 laps on the final day, Stoner set a blistering lap time of 1:59.607, besting second-fastest rider Jorge Lorenzo by 0.591 seconds.While there’s still some room for improvement to be found his Honda RC213V, Stoner will turn things over to the engineers and fly back home to Switzerland to his wife Adriana for the birth of their first child.
