Honda CB description

1974 Honda CB750 K4 SOHC 4-cylinder Cafe Racer.

1960's British Cafe Racer inspired CB750 with "Legendary Motorcycle's" Thruxton aluminum seat pan, CycleX's "4 to 1" exhaust with stainless reverse cone muffler, Original SS700 Lucas headlight, shaved 5 gal. gas tank and "Clubman" handlebars.

Electric start and kick start fire the engine instantly.  Sounds amazing.  Pulls strong and solid up throughout the power band.  Shifts perfectly.  Front disc brake and rear drum stop the bike without any issues.  Frame straight and solid and professionally modified for the cafe seat pan.  Electrical system works great.  OEM gauges and warning lights work as they should.  Forks and newer rear springs in good shape.  Recent tune-up and oil change with fresh fuel lines and filters.  Seat pan and exhaust less than 3 months old.  Newer tires.

Arizona CB750 with clear title and registered till March '17.  If purchasing from outside AZ and your state laws requires turn signals, they have been removed, but wiring is still intact.

Located in Chandler, Arizona.  Please email any questions.

Intermot 2012: Honda CB1100 Enters European Market

Wed, 03 Oct 2012

As we expected, Honda announced it will bring its retro-styled CB1100 to Europe at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany. Previously only available in Japan and Australia, the CB1100 will be available in Europe for 2013, though there is still no sign it will ever be offered in North America. Though it sounds close in name to Honda‘s CB1000R, the two naked standards reflect two differing philosophies.

Honda’s V-4 History

Tue, 06 Oct 2009

As Honda prepares its new VFR1200 for its official unveiling, the red-wing company has set up a website detailing its long involvement in V-4 engines. It began back in 1979 with the introduction of the NR500 grand prix racebike. Rather than fielding a 500cc two-stroke engine, Honda used a four-stroke oval-piston V-4 motor – essentially a V-8 with four cylinders that could be revved to 19,500 rpm!
