1969 All original paint 2nd owner Honda CB350 twin with clean title, 4,978 original miles, paint is in great shape for being all original quite an eye catching bike, starts up and runs great! There are no dents in the tank, clean inside, just some slight signs of up close scuffs, slight very un noticeable swirl marks here and there but the paint is remarkable for the age, the chrome is mostly in great shape, there is a few spots with pitting and just one section of front wheel has some rust, but nothing major. seat has no tears, pan is excellent!, original tool kit, side panels excellent shape, the exhaust are original, and each have a slight pin hole rust spot under each side by the foot pegs underneath very small not noticeable. missing one mirror. Overall this bike is quite a looker and has no issues, starts, stops, and looks excellent, everything works, Bike really has held up over the years always stored indoors in climate garage under a cover. ask any questions, pickup or shipping is buyers responsibility, payment due in 3 days of auction close.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Honda reported sales of 4.137 million motorcycles over its first quarter ended June 30, 2014. That represents a 2.0% increase over the results of the same quarter the previous year, which doesn’t sound like much. But then you remember that 2.0% still represents an additional 83,000 motorcycles (including ATVs), such is the scale involved in a company like Honda.
