Shipping: Please refer to the Shipping calculator. Insurance is always included with your shipping costs, as is tracking if it is available for your parcel size (some small parcels do not have a tracking option, such as 'small parcel-air').

Handling Time: We ship all of our orders within 3 days of receiving payment. please do not contact us about shipping unless you have not received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days.  If your parcel is being shipped internationally (we are located in Canada), then please keep in mind Customs may delay any package - we appreciate your understanding. Thanks.

United States: 

  We ship all of our items with the intention of making it as cheap and timely as possible for you.  Please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for your shipment.  Once we have dropped off your package at the post office, the time it takes to get to you is out of our hands.  It is in our best interest to see that you get your item quickly and efficiently, and we are always working to make sure this happens.

AUSTRALIA:

No matter what we do it seems that it takes 2 to the full 8 weeks to get to you, we are really sorry but we have no control over this, and we understand your disappointment.

All other International Orders:

We ship worldwide.  However, due to the Canada post slow shipment times, unless you request a faster method it could take up to 8 weeks tor delivery.
