Very original Wombat. In great condition. Has been garaged it's entire life. Motor, clutch, gears, brakes all work as they should Excellent throttle response. Chrome still very nice. Spokes, forks, fenders and rims rust free. Tank has a couple small dings, inside still good. Motor still has most of it's original paint. Even has tool pouch with extra spokes. Seat has small cut. Only non original part on the bike are replacement petcocks and the rear tire. Replace a couple of rubber parts and bars and have a excellent condition wombat. Thu, 12 Feb 2009Motorcycle Retro is a pet project of former Motorcyclist editor Mitch Boehm, launching as Motorcyclist Retro in early 2008 under the Source Interlink media umbrella. It featured a contemporary look at motorcycles of the 1960s through the 1980s. However, the circulation numbers of MR didn’t meet the expectations of the media conglomerate, and they cancelled production of the magazine after just two issues.
