1972 Ducati 250 Road I bought this low mileage (4608 miles) widecase 250 Mototrans Ducati a while back with the intention of cleaning it up and riding it, but the excessive number of projects that I am currently working on will not allow me to get to this one anytime soon, and I could use the space in the shop, so it needs to go onto it's next owner. The only things I have done are clean the Dellorto VHB27 carburetor, and added the headpipe, exhaust nut, and exhaust crush washer that was missing when I bought it. This should be an easy project, it has good compression, shifts through the gears and everything feels right, but is not running, so you will need to spend an afternoon or two sorting it out.

This S model includes the fully adjustable Ohlins fork and rear shock, carbon fiber front fender and belt covers, and thicker aluminum vibration-dampened handle bars. The luminescent Pearl White body with grey frame was new to the model in 09. The bike starts and runs beautifully, and has the wonderful unique sound of a Ducati desmodromic V-twin.

You're looking at a 2012 Ducati Evo special edtion with a little under 1100mis so it is practically brand new. The bike was ridden only a couple of times and has never been laid down or abused. 1st service was performed at 700mis.

Up for auction is a mostly original 1967 Ducati Monza 250. The only parts that have been restored on this bike are that the tins have been repainted, and the bars were replaced with 60's Triumph Bonneville handlebars (much better looking and much more comfortable). As far as I can tell the rest of the bike is original, and with very low mileage, including the tires (Pirellis).
