Harley-Davidson VRSC description

Priced To sell!

If you know anyone who has owned a vrod, I'm sure you've heard what an amazing engineering marvel this bike is.  I wish I could keep it, but I have one in college and one ready to go.  Minor scratches that have been touched up and mirrors have been replaced as described.

Bike has brand new front tire with less than 200 miles on it.

I bought the bike from a dealer in 2009 and am the original owner.

I purchased a full mechanical, fully transferrable extended warrantee  which has 3.5 remaining.  this warrantee comes with the bike for piece of mind.

I do have a note that will have to be cleared which will necessitate payment through Harley Credit (Eagle mark bank) via wire transfer, money order or bank check.  I will provide a notorized Bill of Sale for your piece of mind.

Thu, 25 Oct 2012

Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.

The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
