The effect of all the shine getting stripped down is an even more raw, aggressive nature. Black calipers. Black brake lines. Black hand controls. Black rear shock springs. And an all-black hydro-formed frame. For 2005, there are five colors and a new, brighter reflector optics headlight to offset all the blackness. The liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 60° V-Twin Revolution engine with EFI delivers all those stampeding horses. So as the style goes minimalist, the off-the-line power most definitely does not.

Slated to join Lamas are actors/riders from Sons of Anarchy, Southland and American Ninja, as well as law enforcement and the general public, on the ride that will depart from Bartels’ Harley-Davidson in Marina del Rey, Calif., and end at the Newport Dunes Resort in Newport Beach, Calif. Harley-Davidson Extends UFC Sponsorship; UFC 164 Added to 110th Anniversary Celebrations
Wed, 20 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The new agreement will see the mixed martial arts company hold its UFC 164 event Aug. 31 in Milwaukee’s Bradley Center during Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations over the Labor Day weekend.
