Harley-Davidson VL description

Up for auction is a restored 1932 Harley Davidson VL. This motorcycle was built by Motorcity Customs of Ontario Canada. It has the original gas and oil tanks, frame, motor and frontend. The paint job is a custom beach racer style. It has been converted to a 12 volt charging and ignition system. 21 inch chrome spoke front wheel with no brake. The rear brake is pre brembo hydraulic caliper with chrome rotor. Open BDL belt drive primary with a 4 speed panhead/shovelhead kickstart transmission. This is a very nice restored motorcycle. Granted, the Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic has undergone enough changes as to really not be the same machine anymore, yet that indelible American profile, architecture, and riding experience remain the same.

“The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

The stage is set for ”The Meet at ACM” motorcycle show this weekend in Tacoma, WA. While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
