    This bagger started out as a 2005 Road Glide. Jayme Price, owner of Dead End Cycles, chopped the frame in half, rolled the front downtubes, molded the inner and outer fairings as one piece and replaced the Road Glide headlight with a Street glide unit. He also stretched the Jim Nasi side covers and bags and added JL 800 amp and dual Audio 77 speakers in the fairing and Tour-Pak.  Motor was sent to Dark Horse Crankworks in Newton, Wisconsin where they raised the horsepower in the engine to 110.  Approximately 100 miles have been put on the bike since the engine rebuild.  Custom paintwork was performed by nationally known airbrush artist, Cory Saint Clair.

    This bike was a good friend of mines that traded it in on a new car.  Clean title in hand ready to go.    2004 Harley Davidson Road King fuel injected with 18k miles.  Tires are like new, very good condition, minimal to no corrosion issues for its age and fires right up perfect every time.  Battery tender included.  There are more options that I know about but from what I can tell they include hard touring style bags, fully chromed front end lots of chrome on the motor, chrome grips, chrome foot boards, chrome exhaust, detachable windshield, new speedometer unit with speed and tach, crash bars with highway pegs, LED lights on the crash bars and I'm sure I am leaving something out but tried to take detailed pictures so you can see first hand.  I would easily rate this bike a 8.5-9 out of 10 condition wise.  Please call us with any questions  Thanks!     Triangle Auto Sales 919-427-6080

    Fun to ride Harley Electra Glide Standard with too many to list new parts and improvements.This high compression motor combined with cams, heads and displacement makes this feel like a very light bike it's a beast.The Vance and Hines Big Radius pipes combined with the cams and high compression give it awesome loud performance sound. I bought it in 2007 from the first owner with 14,000 miles.It developed a ticking noise so with 40,000 miles I had a ton of work done to it at Chester's HD in 2012.The list of work done is in the photos.I then put some aftermarket bags, custom rear fender, and some banana boards on it.It also has air ride height adjustable shocks and a great sound system consisting of a Kenwood head unit with anAlpine KTP-445U 4-channel Power Pack Amplifier for the front speakers and an old school 100wpc Linear Power for the saddlebag speakers.All are run by smartphone or ipod with 3.5mm input.The bags were cheap and not very flat but I ran out of money and put some cheap paint on it.Overall it looks very presentable and its runs and handles awesome!

Born on January 8th, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley would have been 75 years ago today if he was still alive today.  As a tribute to “The King” of Rock and Roll, the Harley-Davidson Museum has created a special exhibit, expanding on the semi-permanent collection from Elvis that has been on display since the museum was opened in 2008. The bill of sale, insurance, and registration papers for the 1956 Harley-Davidson KH pictured above will be on display along with the motorcycle that was owned by Elvis and the Graceland Museum has loaned some rare photos for the occasion. Along with Cadillac’s, Elvis had a passion for motorcycles but especially loved his Hogs and rode Harley’s in many of his films, including Roustabout (1964), Viva Las Vegas (1964), Clambake (1967) and Stay Away Joe (1968).

Stolen from his apartment in West L.A. 17 years ago, Warren Huff, thought his Harley-Davidson was gone forever.  The bike was found in Valencia after a man brought the motorcycle in for inspection.  The bike was stock originally but Huff gets the customized Harley back as is. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.

Easy Rider 40th Anniversary

Peter Fonda, who played Wyatt in the 1969 cult classic, Easy Rider, was in Glendale, CA on Friday to help promote the Blu-Ray release of the film which marks the 40th anniversary.  The movie was scheduled to be shown at the Love Ride event that was canceled this year, instead the film screened at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. One of the film’s main objective was to expose violence and racism in the U.S. in a negative light but instead it seems that it was taken the wrong way with most, glorifying the lifestyle that was portrayed in the film.
