Harley-Davidson Touring description

This custom blacked-out Trike was bought brand new from the dealership and started getting it's black-out treatment right away.

Swapped out, painted, and powder-coated as much chrome as possible on this trike. All powder-coating and painting were done professionally, not by me!

Wheels, rear-bumper, forks, air-cleaner, lifers, etc, all done in midnight or crinkle black.

Replaced stock seat with H-D Hammock (heated!)

Replaced stock speakers, and added 2 more, along with 3x amps for a Stage III "Boom!" system that is second to none.

Rear smoked BAL lights for MUCH better visibility.

V&H Power Duals, Stage 1 engine upgrade completed and Dyno'd.

There's not another trike like this out there. It was going to last me forever, but, circumstances change, and I must part ways with this amazing ride..

Please note that obviously some of the pictures were done before I got the wheels coated.

The final picture is of the fender crunch.
A friend of mine rolled his front wheel into my fender while I was sitting still and he was just starting forward from a stop. Very minor hit, but damaged the fiberglass and paint.
I can either have this fixed before pickup, or we can negotiate the price of the repair from the total sale.

Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
