Excellent condition 2013 Harley Davidson Street Glide. One owner and bike has been meticulously maintained and garaged since purchase. All services up to date and only premium gas and full synthetic oils used.
Customizations include: Screaming Eagle stage 4 103cc kit (105 RWHP / 105 RWTQ) Reinhardt Dual Exhaust 21" front wheel with 18" matching rear wheel w/ matching rotors Yaffe 16" apes with Yaffe super clamp Yaffe House Party stereo system (6.5 fronts with 6x9 mounted in customs bag lids) Sony head unit Quick Release Sissy Bar Day Maker LED Headlight LED signal and taillights Entire bike is blacked out (Motor, front end, etc.) Gloss black powder coating CVO Gauges Stock rims and tires will be included with the bike! Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary
Thu, 08 Dec 2011Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Thu, 10 Jun 2010Canadian publication Cycle Canada had some fun on a photoshoot for its review of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight for the July issue. As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
