Harley-Davidson Touring description

Up for auction is an immaculate 2012 Harley Davidson FLTRU Road Glide Ultra. The bike was purchased new at Baer Harley Davidson in Honesdale, PA on 05/18/12 and was religiously maintained by the same dealership. It comes with all standard Road Glide Ultra features like heated grips, security system, stereo, back rests, anti lock brakes, cruise control.....flat out loaded for comfort. The bike has been meticulously maintained....I have to stress meticulous. To say that the bike is "clean" would be like saying the Sistine Chapel has a "decent" painting on the ceiling. The handlebars were updated to the 2015 Road Glide models and the tour pack top rack has optional LED's. The saddle bags have guards and a tank bra has been added for protection. There are two screens included, one is a HD clear wind splitter and the other is a Klock Werks dark smoke flare touring screen (currently installed) The bike is inspected until 09/17 and a new rear tire was installed at 16,000 miles. Harley full synthetic oils and HD gaskets are included for the 20,000 mile service when it comes due.

EBR Nation Part 3: Made In America

Wed, 10 Aug 2011

Erik Buell Racing has released the third episode of its series about the new 1190RS sportbike. The latest episode focuses on the company’s “Made in America” philosophy, with its goal of producing a high-performance superbike in the U.S.A. As Erik Buell, racer Geoff May and designer Tony Stefanelli discuss the themes of innovation and freedom, we can’t help but wonder however whether they’re talking about American ideals, or about being out from Harley-Davidson’s umbrella.
