Selling my pride and joy for a convertible. Truly a well done custom chrome and black '12 Road King. Let me first start off by saying that this bike has never seen rain or bad weather. My wife and I have enjoyed having it, yet have made the decision to utilize a convertible for our travels instead. The Harley has always been under a cover, charging in a heated garage. The scheduled 10K mile maintenance has just been completed this week. This bike needs nothing. Looks and drives like a new bike. It has a 103 motor, custom wheels and tires, stage 1 tuner and true duels. The list of chrome accessories and added parts is too long to list. It has the Boom amp/speaker installed along with a power outlet in the bag. The bike's pipes vance and hines x pipe sound are deep and strong. I am the second owner of this bike, the original owner only had it for 8 months and put only 1700 miles on it. He paid $35k for the bike in 2012. Harley-Davidson Hires ex-GM Engineer Federico
Thu, 08 May 2014Harley-Davidson has hired a former General Motors engineer and executive, most recently recognized for leading the automaker’s internal investigation of its ignition switch fiasco that resulted in a recall of 2.6 million vehicles. Jim Federico retired from GM on May 5 after working in various roles with the company over nearly four decades, most recently as executive director of global vehicle integration. Federico will join Harley-Davidson on June 2 as vice president of engineering.

Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).
Harley-Davidson to compete in Hill Climb
Wed, 24 Jan 2018For the first time in the history of the World Extreme Games, in addition to skiers, snowboarders and other extreme winter sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders will also start competing. The new Harley-Davidson Snow Hill Climb medal discipline will be introduced during the final days of the games, which will take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Athletes will climb on motorcycles on the slope of the SuperPipe track.
