2009 Peace Officer Addition Ultra Classic My time to use this motorcycle has disappeared and I must let it go to another owner. As you look at the pictures I could answer any questions or capture additional pictures if required. The engine and exhaust are original the accessories are basically what shows up in the detailed pictures. It also has XM radio dock station that will go with and a second dock to add to you pickup so it can be swapped to whichever you drive. I have a couple of covers for storage and the factory bag liners that allow for luggage during the long trips. The original owner was a New Jersey detective but he had the selling dealer leave the peace officer tags off the tank so they would stay in perfect condition see the pictures. It does have factory Security with 2 fobs and Antilock Brakes. I have not ridden it yet this year but it is ready to go with a fresh service and new battery. Harley Declares Women Riders Month
Tue, 10 Feb 2009Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.
