This is a rare white, 2008 Harley Davidson Street Glide. The bike is in excellent condition, no dings, dents, or scratches. The bike has lots of extras........complete Rinehart true dual exhaust system...Screamin Eagle air filter....cruise control...quick connect system including passenger backrest....Harley Sound System.....Passenger foot platforms....Touring seat. To enhance the metal-flake pearl white paint, the bike has pin striping and lots of chrome.....chrome accent on all gauges/speakers, accessories on faring.....chrome covers on all switches and grips....lots of extra chrome on engine. The bike has less than 8,000 miles on it but may change a little as we are still riding. This bike sounds, looks, runs, and rides great. Bike is priced for local pick-up. Harley-Davidson Reports Q4 2011 Results
Tue, 24 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.
Harley-Davidson Hires ex-GM Engineer Federico
Thu, 08 May 2014Harley-Davidson has hired a former General Motors engineer and executive, most recently recognized for leading the automaker’s internal investigation of its ignition switch fiasco that resulted in a recall of 2.6 million vehicles. Jim Federico retired from GM on May 5 after working in various roles with the company over nearly four decades, most recently as executive director of global vehicle integration. Federico will join Harley-Davidson on June 2 as vice president of engineering.
