Harley-Davidson Touring description

I am listing my father-in-laws bike for him. Below is a description he wrote for me, please feel free to ask questions.

This fully loaded 2 tone beauty has always been garaged, and has never went down, has had only 1 owner, has lots of chrome, runs excellent, and is very loud.
Besides what you can see on the pictures, I have added more horse and torque with a Screaming Eagle Stage 1 engine and dual exhaust (all installed by an HD dealership). It also has 200 white LED Lights added to showcase the engine and light up the ground, LED Break lights, ultra bright bulbs for headlights and safety lights. The bike will come with all OEM Parts it also has  new tires, I have receipts for all the upgrades purchased, which is over 3k.  Has to be seen to be fully appreciated, price to move OBO.

Any Questions please email or call: PRAVUSA@comcast.net, 941-587-9791

Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
