Harley-Davidson Touring description

This bike has been babied and set up for a TALL PERSON to ride LOOONG distances.

Beautiful Blue & White 2 tone color.

Lots of goodies all added for comfort and long distance riding.

Air seat, 3 pull out bags for tour packs, windshield bag, LRS recurve windshield to push air way over your head to stop buffeting, shifter and brake extended 2 inches, tourpak extension that gives mama 3 more inches of space, tourpack lid organizer, E3 series tires with only 2,000 miles on them, adjustable highway pegs, 18 inch LA Choppers Ape Hangers, adjustable backrest and RJS heatshields so your thigh doesn't get fried from the V-Twin heat.

Basically throw your leg over it and go for a LOOOOONG ride.

I just got back from a 31 day/6000+ mile trip and had zero problems except for the shifter linkage rattling off and I locktited that down.

Bought it with 12,000 miles in May of 2012 (From BIGGS HD in San Marcos) and now it has 20,000. I changed the all three fluids twice and the dealer changed them when I bought it. I don't mess around when it comes to keeping clean fluids in any of my bikes/vehicles. Easiest way to get lots of mileage and not wear down parts.

I have not done anything to the engine as I firmly believe that you don't mess with the engine unless you want issues. High comp pistons and cams sound great and all but they end up needing a lot more repairs and they break down more often.

So if you want to check this awesome ride out let me know.

I'm selling this so I can put a deposit down on the new KTM1190R Adventure bike. Just want to be able to go off road!

Price can be $17,500 if you don't want all the stuff on the bike. Around $5K worth of parts and labor. If you don't want all of that I will take everything off and put the stock stuff back on and sell the extras on ebay/craigslist for $2,000-$2,500 so you're getting a deal with only a 1,500 price increase. This includes the ape hangers. I'll put the stock bars back on. Not going to only remove some stuff. It's all or nothing.

Not negotiating beyond keeping the parts on there or not. I am not in a rush to sell this as the KTM1190R doesn't come out in the US until mid/end of 2014.

P.S. I have the lower leg fairings for this bike too. I took them off for the extra leg space. I have 3 or 4 extra windshields too. Took me a few tries to get the right shield to stop the buffeting.

A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750

Thu, 29 Jan 2015

This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
