2007 Harley Davidson Road King Classic FLHRC 96 Cubic Inch Engine with Six Speed Transmission Mileage 16,874 Rare Factory Color- Dark Green Envy Pearl, Light Green Envy Pearl This bike’s color is rare. Harley only produced this color in April and May of 2007. Haven’t seen another one like it since I bought it… here, Sturgis, or anywhere else. This thing pops in the Sun! I am the second owner, since 2009. Harley has done all the maintenance, stored inside at all times. 15,000 mile service done, with new tires at that time. It is loaded with cruise control, removable windshield, leather saddle bags, 13” mini apes handlebars, clock, etc.. Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip
Wed, 23 Jul 2014“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track, Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.
Dashboard Camera Footage Shows State Trooper Rear-Ending Motorcycle
Fri, 13 Sep 2013Newly-released footage from a police cruiser’s dashboard camera shows the car rear-ending a couple on a motorcycle. Ohio State Police are investigating the Aug. 17 crash which resulted in serious but non-life-threatening injuries to Beavercreek, Ohio, residents Corey Waldman and his wife Amy Waldman.
