Great condition and includes many upgrades The upgrades include screaming Eagle air cleaner, Rinehart exhaust, Stage 1 ECM upgrade, Corbin seat, Jag Oil cooler, all lights upgraded to LED illumination, front discs are polished, front lower legs and slider covers are black powder coated, detachable sissy bar, detachable tour pack rack, factory service manual, air temperature gage (included) upgraded to oil temperature gauge, saddlebag liner organizers in both hard bags. Factory alarm system with key fob, Sirius radio ready (receiver not included), handlebars upgraded to 1 1/4" Wild 1 Chubbys with internal wiring and chrome switch caps. HD helmet lock with key, mounted with security screws on roll bar. Motor, transmission, and primary serviced with Harley synthetic oil. Brand new Yuasa 30 amp battery, Brand new Dunlop Harley Davidson D402 rear tire (has 10 miles on it!) and new rear Twin Power brake pads. Front fork oil changed at 29,513 miles.

H-D Confirms Road Glide Dump

In a conference call with investors yesterday, Harley-Davidson Inc. admitted the rumors are true: the Motor Company is dropping the Road Glide. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, during the investor call Thursday discussing second-quarter results Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) Senior Vice President and CFO John Olin publicly confirmed the previously reported model dump to the Motor Company’s Touring lineup.

Mopar to Sponsor Canadian Superbike Championship

Chrysler’s parts and accessories brand Mopar has signed on to be the title sponsor for the 2012 Canadian Superbike Championship. Mopar replaces Parts Canada which recently ended a 22-year partnership with CSBK over controversial comments made by the series organizer on an Internet forum. The seven-round CSBK series includes separate pro and amateur Superbike and Sportbike classes, as well as a Harley-Davidson XR1200 Cup and a new spec series for young riders featuring the Honda CBR250R.

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”. Which begs the question: what other on-road products and brands?
