For sale is my 2003 HD ultra classic Electra glide touring, 100th anniversary police edition. Has the 88ci fuel injection, 5speed trans, has all the features you could add to it at the time, and more than you'll use, cruse control, spot lights, cd/am fm/aux/cb radio/weather band/intercom system, all works as it should, cigarette lighter and port on fairing, and also added one in the right saddle bag, air ride with HD pump, etc. mods are: full stage one with HD tuning ecu mapped, stage one hi flow air box conversion, with brand new k&n high flow lifetime filter, python slip-on mufflers with baffles still installed was to loud with them out, HD oil temp electronic dip stick, red led motor accent lights switch on faring , soft padded chrome grips with throttle tender, HD short tinted flared wind screen, rear tilted plate holder, etc Recently replaced: all fluids and mileage maintenance, new plugs, front and rear HD brake pads, shifter linkage with ball joints, etc Rides like a dream, lots of power hate to sell but have to have surgery and won't be able to ride anymore. Have a lot of the factory take offs, pipes, wind screen etc, and also have the matching tour pack as seen in some of the pics just removed for in town riding. Also have a few extras like HD pump, few mis gaskets, etc that will go with bike.

While at the time, most of the attention was on President Barack Obama, motorcycle enthusiasts would have surely noticed the one-of-a-kind 2009 Harley-Davidson Police concept Tri-Glide Ultra Classic which led the inauguration parade to the White House on January 20th. Lieutenant Scott Fear, Commander of the U.S. Park Police Motor Unit, led a dozen side car-equipped Electra Glides in a formation riding the heavily modified Trike, which was sourced by Harley-Davidson of Frederick.

Harley-Davidson is recalling the 2014 Tri Glide Ultra Classic trike  because of a problem with . At the moment, a recall has only been announced by Transport Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce the recall due to the federal government shutdown, but recall notices are already being sent out to dealers in the U.S. According to the Canadian agency, the upper fork stem bracket was machined incorrectly, allowing for more steering angle than intended by the trike’s specifications.

More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges

Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
