Harley-Davidson Touring description

Hi

I am the second owner of this bike having purchased it from the original owner in 2005. The bike is an original 2003 Anniversary model Road King Classic. It has two keys with remote alarm. The bike is fully chromed out.

The bike has been maintained since I have owned it by Scottsdale Harley Davidson and has all routine maintenance done and oil changes etc

the bike is almost flawless, there are very few blemishes on the bike and I would describe it as being in outstanding condition. It may need new tires in a few thousand miles, however they are fine for the time being.

The bike runs perfectly, it has aftermarket pipes on it and the sound is tremendous.

I am reluctantly selling it however with the travel schedule I have I rarely get to ride it any more

Good luck bidding and any questions just ask

Off-Road Motorcycle and Free-Ride Bicycle Compared

Thu, 11 Dec 2008

What if anything do bicycles and motorcycles have in common? Besides the whole two-wheel thing, it isn’t outright apparent that these two “handle-barred beasts” share more than ancient ancestry. Modern Off-road motorcycle and Free-ride bicycle designs side-by-side illustrate how much technology the two have in common.

Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

What’s next for Polaris?

Wed, 20 May 2009

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”. Which begs the question: what other on-road products and brands?
