**************************        We are offering a very nice  2002 Harley Davidson  Ultra Classic    *********************************

***   This bike is being sold with a Bill of Sale ONLY .... ( NO TITLE )     This is not a Salvaged Title , as listed in the drop down box , this is NO TITLE  ... E Bay does not have a drop down for no Title  .....  This is because I bought this bike at a local Dealer auction from State Farm Insurance .   It is common practice for the insurance companies not to give titles on a lot of these vehicles .      It will have an Original Junk Bill of Sale from the Wisconsin DMV .

The Bill of Sale works just fine for exporting .      If you are titling it in the States ,  PLEASE find out the laws in your state BEFORE bidding .  Some states will title it  with an inspection , but some will not .       Wisconsin will not and must be bought as parts only .  ****

*****  With all that being said this bike had almost NO DAMAGE .    The driver swerved to miss a dog and laid the bike down .  ( Driver and dog are both okay ! )      Only damage is a scuff on the engine guard and on the saddle bag guard .       NO damage to any paint work at all .

Mechanically all is good .    I have driven the bike and the frame and the fork have no damage  .    At  65 MPH it drives straight as an arrow .

Tires are good and the brakes work fine .

Motor runs and sounds great .

The bike has a Screaming Eagle 6 speed trans  ....with a cost of $2799.95  in the HD parts book !!!!!

Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation

Thu, 17 May 2012

Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.

Afghan Heroes tribute Harley MT350

Tue, 29 Nov 2011

The above Harley-Davidson MT350 has been created in honor of the UK soldiers killed over the last ten years in the Afghanistan conflict. This particular MT350 was previously used by British forces in Afghanistan and will now act as a memorial for the charity Afghan Heroes. The tribute was created by Paul Ferguson and Martin Turner, and now features the name of each fallen serviceman or woman, accompanied by their age and the date they were killed in action.
