Harley-Davidson Touring description
Please note... this is a new endeavor for me... I am not an expert in this field so if you have any questions please ask... be specific with your questions please. I am selling this for a dear friend. The bike has had ONE owner, purchased new in Spokane, Wa. 69K mostly highway miles. 6 trips cross country to S. Carolina and Harley Rallies. 6 trips to Sturgis. Not ridden from October until April, most winters. Always kept in a covered garage. At 62K miles upper end updated with performance ca, gear drive, stage II fuel mapping and 2 into 1 Screaming Eagle performance exhaust. New tires last year from a dealer here in Sarasota. Also a new battery. The bike has never been ridden hard or had any damage. Must sell because of arthritis in my hand and fingers. Bike is in Bradenton, Fl. This is the original paint, it is a two tone silver and blue. No paint touch up, note fenders and bags all have chrome guards. No damage to the guards. The bike has never been down. Mon, 02 Sep 2013It’s only been a couple of weeks since Harley-Davidson broke new ground by unveiling new “Twin-Cooled” liquid precision-cooling engine technology its new Project Rushmore suite of customer-driven refinements, but the Motor Company appears to have even more ambitious plans in the works. Speaking at Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary celebrations, Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich confirmed the company is producing a new 500cc model and opened the possibility of an electric Harley-Davidson somewhere down the line. We’ve previously written about Harley-Davidson’s plans to introduce a new 500cc V-Twin model for the Indian market.

More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges
Mon, 17 Oct 2022Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
