Please note... this is a new endeavor for me... I am not an expert in this field so if you have any questions please ask... be specific with your questions please. I am selling this for a dear friend. The bike has had ONE owner, purchased new in Spokane, Wa. 69K mostly highway miles. 6 trips cross country to S. Carolina and Harley Rallies. 6 trips to Sturgis. Not ridden from October until April, most winters. Always kept in a covered garage. At 62K miles upper end updated with performance ca, gear drive, stage II fuel mapping and 2 into 1 Screaming Eagle performance exhaust. New tires last year from a dealer here in Sarasota. Also a new battery. The bike has never been ridden hard or had any damage. Must sell because of arthritis in my hand and fingers. Bike is in Bradenton, Fl. This is the original paint, it is a two tone silver and blue. No paint touch up, note fenders and bags all have chrome guards. No damage to the guards. The bike has never been down. Storm Tears Facade Off Colorado Harley-Davidson Dealership
Tue, 09 Apr 2013A Harley-Davidson dealership in Pueblo, Colo., suffered some serious damage after heavy winds from a spring storm ripped off the wall of the dealership’s second floor. The 34,000 square-foot Outpost Harley-Davidson dealership on I-25 in Pueblo usually features a high front wall that sticks up above the building’s gable roof (see the “before” picture below). The damage occurred early in the morning and it’s not clear at this point if anyone was around when it happened.

Fri, 04 Oct 2013On January 9, 2014, during the fourth annual Las Vegas Sale of motorcycles at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, Bonhams, the world’s largest auction house for cars, motorcycles and memorabilia, will be auctioning off over 50 motorcycles from the extensive Wayne Pierce family museum collection, all offered at no reserve. Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.
