This bike started out as a 2000 Road king. rake 18 degrees, with a 26" chrome wheel and air ride
wheel was in black plasti-dip stripped it to see if I liked it better upgraded intake and exhaust SMT triple tree 9 degree neck chopped 9 degrees new tires stretched bags/tag and front fender After market lights with hidden turn signals License plate has the running lights and brake lights Trask V-vine handle bars flush gas cap Custom sculpted seat (very nice looking and comfortable) Black satin paint (not the greatest, think its satin rattle can, which makes it easy to touch up) Upgraded floor boards Has an 88" motor Air ride front and rear. it goes rather low.. almost lay on the ground. front brakes are a little soft.. just need bled Bought the bike thinking I had time and interest in getting back into riding.. and I don"t.. Additionally, Orlando Harley-Davidson becomes the newest exhibitor to join AIMExpo, which will host nearly 500 powersports companies from around the world October 16-19 at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). The presence of the Harley-Davidson brand at AIMExpo for the first time adds to the growing excitement surrounding the 2014 event, now less than a month away.
Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.
India Raises Import Duty on Motorcycles to 75%

The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.
