1998 Harley Davidson Road King Classic 95th anniversary edition. Very good condition, not perfect but nice. Bike has a couple chips in the paint on the gas tank, scuff on left saddlebag lid, normal wear and tear (see pictures). Runs and rides great, newer tires. Number 2540 of 3500 anniversary edition Road Kings made. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have, inspection is welcome and encouraged. Sold as is, as pictured, however, some pictures show a rear luggage rack, that has been removed and is not included with the bike. I will include the original windshield that came with the bike (not shown in pictures). If you want to speak in person, my cell number is 413 204-6179. Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day
Fri, 08 Aug 2014Labor Day weekend 2014, the place for Harley-Davidson fans to be is at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.
Stolen Harley-Davidson Returned 17 Years Later [video]
Thu, 17 Dec 2009Stolen from his apartment in West L.A. 17 years ago, Warren Huff, thought his Harley-Davidson was gone forever. The bike was found in Valencia after a man brought the motorcycle in for inspection. The bike was stock originally but Huff gets the customized Harley back as is. Hit the jump to see the news clip.
